With a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Health Sciences from UCF, Katrina excels in leading teams, coordinating operations, and ensuring patient-focused care to achieve organizational wide success.

Based in Miramar, FL, Katrina is passionate about making a difference behind the scenes and values her incredible work family. Outside of work, she enjoys South Florida's beauty and outdoor lifestyle, playing sports with her two children, beach outings, and time with loved ones. Married for over 15 years, Katrina cherishes balancing her career and family life.
