Dr. Lowell Davis is a highly skilled interventional pain management and spine specialist. Dr. Davis has Diplomat Certification in Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Davis has dedicated his career to alleviating pain and improving the quality of life for his patients. He has received advanced training in sophisticated pain management procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD), and the kyphoplasty procedure, as well as non-surgical treatments of disc disease such as Intradiscal Electrothermal Annuloplasty, DiscTRODE annuloplasty, and DeKompressor.
A sample of the procedures Dr. Davis performs includes a variety of nerve blocks, steroid-epidural-joint injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and pain consulting. Working in the community providing pain management services for over 20 years, he also has extensive experience with cervical and thoracic injections, sympathetic blocks, lysis of adhesions, cancer pain, and non-malignant pain.
He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fl and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago before completing his fellowship in interventional pain management at Northwestern University. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Pain Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Spinal Society and the American Society of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Paul E. Roa is a board-certified interventional pain management specialist. He specializes in pain medicine and intervention therapies such as epidural and facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, Sympathetic nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, intradiscal electro thermal therapy, joint/bursa injections, nerve blocks, interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound and EMG/NCV tests. Dr. Roa has an interest in regenerative injection therapies this includes autologous stem cell from Bone Marrow or adipose tissue and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Libre Cali in Colombia and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY before completing his fellowship in interventional pain management. He is a member of the American Board of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Academy of Pain Medicine Ultrasonography and The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
His personal interests are friendship and family, he loves music, dancing, photography, and outdoor activities. He is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Kirschbaum is an Interventional Pain Medicine specialist with a focus on increasing function through decreased pain. He is board-certified with the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). He provides interventional therapies for pain derived from the spine, nerve related pain and other musculoskeletal injuries/disorders. He treats both Cancer related pain and non-malignant pain. Some injections he performs include epidural and facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, sympathetic blocks, spinal cord stimulators, joint/bursa injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections. Dr. Kirschbaum is also trained in Osteopathic Manipulative medicine.
He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fl and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where he served as Chief Resident, before completing his fellowship in interventional pain management. He is a member of Golden Humanitarian Society (GHS), American Osteopathic Association (AOA), American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association (AMMPA), American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR), Florida Society of International Pain Physicians (FSIPP), and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA).
Dr. Kirschbaum is a rare South Florida Native. He is passionate about serving the community that raised him. There is nothing more important to him than family and he always strives to be a role model and positive influence to whomever he comes in contact with.

Michelle Cotayo Linares is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in interventional pain management. Michelle has been with Florida Spine & Pain Center since 2010, collaborating with physicians to build and deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Previously, Michelle worked as a Registered Nurse Specialty II – Labor & Delivery at Memorial Healthcare System, a Registered Nurse Specialty II – Labor & Delivery at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and a Specialty II – Trauma/Surgical at Duke University Health System. Michelle obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Miami and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Miami.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Michelle builds strong relationships with her patients and is dedicated to helping them reach their treatment goals.

Gabriel Osorio is a board-certified Physician Assistant and has focused on providing exceptional care for patients in the field of interventional pain management since 2016. Earlier in his career, he practiced in orthopedic hand surgery, and he integrates his knowledge and experience to help all his patients. Gabriel finds it very rewarding to collaborate with physicians to plan and implement treatment and provide compassionate care for patients of all ages.
Gabriel earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Keiser University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Florida International University. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Gabriel lives with his wife and children. He is proud to be a family man and of his faith in God. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, with a special interest in soccer and pickleball. He also enjoys being a mentor and a leader at his local church.

Araly Kelly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for providing personalized, patient-centered care. Araly began her nursing career after graduating from Broward College in 2009. She initially worked as a medical-surgical and telemetry Registered Nurse at Memorial Healthcare System, where she honed her skills in patient care and became a coordinator for the Bariatric Program. In this role, she successfully obtained Surgical Accreditation for Memorial Hospital West.
After a rewarding decade as a Registered Nurse, Araly transitioned to the role of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019, driven by her desire to build deeper connections with patients and offer comprehensive care that is tailored to each individual’s needs. With a specialized background in pain management, Araly is deeply passionate about this field and is committed to helping patients achieve better health and quality of life.
Outside of her professional life, Araly enjoys spending time with her husband and their four boys, finding balance and joy in family activities.

Jessica Mourino is a compassionate, bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and gained valuable hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse at esteemed healthcare institutions such as Mount Sinai Medical Center and Memorial Regional Hospital, where she practiced for five years.
Driven by her passion for advancing patient care, Jessica pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, achieving national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With expertise spanning across pain management, preventative health, cardiovascular care, and primary care, Jessica brings a well-rounded approach to her practice.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessica thrives in diverse environments and enjoys connecting with patients from all walks of life. Her dedication to improving the health and well-being of her patients makes her a trusted healthcare provider, committed to delivering personalized care for a wide range of medical conditions.

Katrina Pazienza-Travieso has been an integral part of Florida Spine and Pain Center since 2018, bringing expertise in orthopedics, rehabilitation, and interventional radiology to manage a thriving practice specializing in musculoskeletal care. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Health Sciences from UCF, Katrina excels in leading teams, coordinating operations, and ensuring patient-focused care to achieve organizational wide success.
Based in Miramar, FL, Katrina is passionate about making a difference behind the scenes and values her incredible work family. Outside of work, she enjoys South Florida’s beauty and outdoor lifestyle, playing sports with her two children, beach outings, and time with loved ones. Married for over 15 years, Katrina cherishes balancing her career and family life.
